About Dial-A-Ride (DAR)
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 1:00pm.
Dial-A-Ride can pick you up and drop you off anywhere within city limits with curb-to-curb service. All vehicles are lift-equipped for mobility-impaired passengers.
Requests for rides may be made up to a week in advance. Same-day service must be arranged at least 2 hours before your desired pick-up time.
To reserve a trip, call 239-TRIP (239-8747). Tell the dispatcher your pick-up address, destination, desired pickup/drop-off times, and whether or not you need assistance on and off the bus.
Be ready to board the Dial-A-Ride bus at the scheduled pick-up time. If you need to cancel a scheduled ride, please call the dispatch office as soon as possible. Please refer to our online Passenger Code of Conduct for details.
