Paso Express Rider Information
Bus Service (Fixed Route)
Paso Express Fixed-route transit service operates along designated routes within the city. Fixed Route Service is open to the general public and provides a low-cost transportation alternative. You can catch Paso Express at any designated bus stop in the City. Buses are lift-equipped to serve the mobility-impaired and feature bicycle racks.

Dial - A - Ride Service
Dial-A-Ride can pick you up and drop you off anywhere within city limits with curb-to-curb service. All vehicles are lift-equipped for mobility-impaired passengers.
Dial-A-Ride service operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 1:00pm.
Rules of The Road
Please place exact fare or ticket into the farebox upon boarding. Drivers do not make change.
- As a courtesy to other riders and for safety, smoking, eating, drinking, and playing audible music are prohibited on board.
- Shoes and shirts are required.
- Please reserve front seats for seniors and persons with disabilities.
We take the safety and comfort of our riders and drivers seriously. Any failure to abide by the rules or behaving in a disruptive manner may result in removal from the bus or boarding denial. See our Passenger Code of Conduct for further information.
